Tokachigaoka Park is located just a few minutes away from the Tokachigawa hot spring area and 20 minutes from Obihiro Station. This extensive public park boasts of its size and its well-known large flower clock, Hanakku.

  • The park has some interesting features and the observatory has a nice town view.
  • Visibility to the sunset is fair, as the view can be obstructed by the hill and trees nearby lying on the west.
  • Walking distance from Obihiro railway station, but much easier to come here by car.
  • No crowd during sunset.
